At Cricks Mitsubishi, we have a whole host of payment methods for your convenience. To reserve a vehicle, a Debit/MasterCard or Credit Card is required. Your Cricks Mitsubishi Concierge will guide you through your settlement options.
How can I organise delivery?
When reserving a vehicle with Cricks Mitsubishi, you’ll be able to select from the fastest or cheapest delivery option, to deliver your car to your driveway in a time frame that suits you. Once the funds have been received, we initiate the delivery process through either our Cricks Mitsubishi Oracle or Concierge.
Who do I contact if there are issues with my delivery?
Your Cricks Mitsubishi Concierge will be there for you every step of the way to assist with your queries and can be reached via email or landline at the Dealership.
What if the vehicle is damaged, who do I contact?
In the rare event that your vehicle arrives not as described, simply contact your Cricks MitsubishiConcierge, who will take care of the rest.
Is it insured when being transported?
Absolutely. Your vehicle will be insured while it’s on its way to your driveway, so you don’t have to worry. Once it arrives to you, your insurance will take over.
Do you deliver out of business hours?
Vehicle delivery typically occurs during business hours. Local deliveries can be arranged through your Cricks Mitsubishi Concierge at a time that suits you.
Can I have it delivered to my place of work?
Your vehicle can be delivered to your place of work if there is loading zone available. Alternatively, your vehicle can be delivered to your home address.
How long can I reserve a vehicle?
You can reserve your vehicle for 24 hours with a fully refundable deposit.
Who pays for the cost if I want to return the vehicle?
If for some reason you’re not happy with your new Cricks Mitsubishi vehicle, you will need to organise to have it returned to the dealership at your own cost. You can view our terms and conditions here.

Absolutely! It’s yours free!

There is a limit of 500km.
What if I have finance on the vehicle?
The outstanding finance will be paid out and you will be remitted the difference. You will be responsible to pay any loan cancellation fees.
Does the return policy apply to commercial vehicles?
Yes, all retail vehicles.

Are there any fees and charges to return the vehicle?
No, you will be provided a full refund.
Do I get my registration and stamp duty costs back?
